  • Dear Parents / Guardians

    Students that received Free and Reduced Meal Benefits last school year, will be eligible to receive meals starting September 14,2020. Benefits will expire 30 days from the start of school. 

    A new application  for school year 2020-21 must be completed and returned to your child' s school ASAP  to determine NEW  eligibility.  Applications are available at all three schools if you do not have one  please stop by to complete one.  You may also print the complete packet from our district website located under Food Service. If you are printing from the website please make sure to print  both sides of the application. 

    Applications must be returned to any school no later than Sept. 18th 2020.  Failure to return a new application will result in delays or termination of benefits after 30 days are up. Resulting in your child not being able to receive meals. 

     We encourage all households to complete a meal application for the 2020-21 school year. Meal program is open to all students for more information please contact Ms. Yolanda Rivero at rivero@wboe.org or call 973-836-4700 ext 305

Program Objective

  • Wallington Board of Education participates in the National School Lunch ProgramSchool Breakfast Program. These programs provide children with a healthy well balance meal.

    We offer a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grain breads and low fat or fat free milk. We recognize the critical connection between good health and success in the classroom.

    We encourage families to participate in the breakfast program.
