  • Lunch applications are available on the Genesis parent portal. Only one application is needed per household. If your child was approved last year, your child will be eligible to receive meals for 30 days from the first day of school. A new application will need to be completed on the parent portal to determine approval for the new school year, 23-24.

    If you do not have access to a computer, a hard copy will be provided upon request.

    Students with an approved application on file can begin to pick up meals on 9/11/23. 

    If your child does not have an approved meal  application on file, you can order meals for them.

    Paid lunches will begin on September 18,2023. Order slips and money are due on Monday Sept.11,2023.

    Please make a note that if you are ordering meals, money and order slips are due a week in advance on Monday mornings only. If your child is absent on Monday, money will be accepted on Tuesday morning.

Program Objective

  • Wallington Board of Education participates in the National School Lunch ProgramSchool Breakfast Program. These programs provide children with a healthy well balance meal.

    We offer a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grain breads and low fat or fat free milk. We recognize the critical connection between good health and success in the classroom.
    We encourage families to participate in the breakfast program.
